The Cottage is located in 2 Acres of land at an altitude of 6,000 feet on the edge of the protected Shivapuri National Park, looking down into the Kathmandu Valley. There are some pleasant walks available from the cottage in the local vicinity and also in the National Park.

The Cottage comes fully staffed with a housekeeper and cook who will prepare the best home-style cooking in Nepal.
